These terms cover your use of parallax360.ai (the "Site"), operated by Parallax 360, LLC ("Parallax 360," "we," "us"). They don't cover use of the Parallax 360 application itself once you have an account — that's governed by a separate agreement you accept at signup.
You can browse the Site and submit the waitlist or contact forms as intended. You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, attempt to access systems you're not authorized to access, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest, not a contract to receive the product by any date or on any specific terms. Pricing shown on the Site for plans not yet generally available is indicative and may change before general availability; early access participants will be notified of final pricing before being asked to pay anything.
The Site's content, design, and the Parallax 360 name and marks belong to Parallax 360, LLC. Nothing here grants you a license to use them beyond viewing the Site in a normal browser.
The Site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any described future product will ship on any particular timeline.
To the extent permitted by law, Parallax 360, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms as the Site and product evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
