This policy explains what Parallax 360, LLC ("Parallax 360," "we," "us") collects through parallax360.ai (the "Site") and what we do with it. It does not cover the separate Parallax 360 application once you're using it under a signed agreement — that's covered by your account's terms and a data processing agreement.

What we collect

Through the Site, we collect only what you give us directly:

• Waitlist signups: email address, and optionally your name and company, submitted through the early access form.
• Contact form submissions: name, email address, the topic you selected, and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this Site, and we do not buy or sell personal information from any source.

How we use it

• To respond to your message or inquiry.
• To notify you about early access to the Parallax 360 product.
• To understand interest in Parallax 360 in aggregate (e.g., how many people signed up) — we don't build profiles on individual visitors.

We will never use anything you submit through this Site to train a third-party AI model, and we don't share it with data brokers.

Where it's stored

Waitlist and contact submissions are stored in a database operated on our behalf by our infrastructure provider, accessible only to Parallax 360. We keep this data as long as it's useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe option.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing the address on our Contact page — we'll confirm once it's done.
• If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (like the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), those rights apply here too — the deletion request above covers access, correction, and erasure requests.

Children

This Site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for anyone already on our waitlist, let you know by email.
