These terms ("Terms") cover your use of the Parallax 360 application (the "App" — currently hosted at a Railway subdomain, moving to an address under parallax360.ai as it matures), operated by Parallax 360, LLC ("Parallax 360," "we," "us"). They're separate from the Terms of Service for this marketing site, which only covers browsing parallax360.ai itself. By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and, if you're using the App on behalf of an organization, authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. Each account belongs to one organization; you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
The App is currently offered free of charge, in beta. That means: no uptime guarantee or service-level commitment, features may change or be removed, and we may need to reset or migrate data as the product evolves. We'll tell you before introducing any paid tier, and nothing here obligates you to pay for anything not yet offered.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account's billing page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for (no partial-period refunds, except where required by law). We'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for your account.
You (or your organization) own the content you put into the App — project information, tasks, comments, questions, documents, and anything you forward or connect for ingestion (email, Slack messages, meeting transcripts, and similar). You grant Parallax 360 a license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the App to you, including passing it to the third-party providers described in our Application Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the rights to submit whatever content you submit, including content that references or was authored by other people.
The App uses AI to summarize project content, propose edits to a project's "Soul," and draft answers to questions. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. It is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and you're responsible for reviewing and independently verifying anything the AI produces before relying on it for a real decision. The App's review/approval features exist specifically so a person, not the AI alone, is the last checkpoint before something becomes part of a project's record.
You agree not to: submit content you don't have the right to share; attempt to access another organization's data or accounts; attempt to circumvent the App's security, rate limits, or access controls; use the App to violate any law; or interfere with the App's normal operation.
The App relies on third-party providers to function — for example, an AI provider to process content and generate output, and an email provider to send and receive messages. Details are in our Application Privacy Policy.
You can stop using the App or ask us to close your account at any time by emailing the address below. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, or for extended inactivity, with notice where practical.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no warranty about the accuracy of AI-generated output.
To the extent permitted by law, Parallax 360, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Because the App is currently offered free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is zero.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above; if you have an account, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
